Our beautiful Community
The Front Gate When you arrive at the Wells you will notice it is a gated community. Residents can open the gate for their invited guests from their home telephone. For safety gates remain closed until the gate is opened for visitors.
Wells Drive Once you have come through the gates you will notice how all properties are well maintained. The Clubhouse and office are a short distance from the front gate.
The Community Clubhouse, the clubhouse is the center of our community. In the Clubhouse there is fully stocked kitchen for all functions large and small, a billards room with 6 regulation size tables, a library of 1000s of books, an exercise room with up to date machines, a card room and a meeting room. In the clubhouse we offer parties, dances, movies, bridge, card games, morning coffee, card making, ceramics, stain glass, knitting, quilting, chess. Free wireless web for residents with laptops.
The pool. The pool is heated year round. Open 24 hours a day to all residents. No clorine. The pool has special hours for children over the age of 4.
Morning exercise is offered daily. Pool parties are held monthly during the winter months.
Even when the temperatures are low exercise is held each morning in our heated pool.
Showers for those folks that wish to shower before going home.
The Greenbelt in the center of the community.
56th Street Entrance On the West side of the community there is the entrance for residents. As you enter the west entrance you are welcomed by a beautifully maintained planter and our beautiful green space.
The north greenway area has a gazebo, putting green and a desert designed walking area. The area is a well maintained sunny area for everyone to enjoy.
The south greenway is a well maintained park for walking pets, sitting on benches to enjoy the sunshine and shade. We have a variety of birds, owls, falcons and beautiful love birds to watch as you enjoy the beautiful green space. A bocci ball pit is part of this green space where residents enjoy getting together.
The Wells offer a beautiful park for all residents and visitors. Arizona offers some of the most beautiful sunsets. A visitor sitting on the west balcony of the clubhouse managed to take a photo of one of those beautiful sunsets.
